Right of Revocation & Cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel this agreement - without providing any reasons - within a period of 14 days. The cancellation period of 14 days starts on the day that you / the buyer, or any other named third party ( not identical with the carrier ) receive and accept the transported objects or goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must contact us (Rose & Rose Co./Partnership, Kurstr. 73, 14776 Brandenburg, Germany, mail@vaegbillederxxl.dk, +49 (0) 331 704 93 92) by announcing via the appropriate communication channel ( e.g. by postal letter or E-Mail ) of your decision to revoke and cancel this contract.

To maintain your rights within the grace period it would be advisable if you sent the message containing your declaration of revocation, before the cancellation period expires.

Possible Consequences

If you should decide to cancel this contractual agreement, we would be required to return all payments and monies that we have hitherto received from you, including delivery costs ( with the exception of additional costs that have accrued due to your decision to choose a different delivery modus other than our best-priced standard offer) promptly and not later than 14 days following the day on which your letter of revocation was received by us. Concerning the return of paid monies, we shall abide by the same payment method that you used during the initial transaction; i.e. if no other explicit agreement had been reached with you stating otherwise. Under no circumstances will surcharges or extra servicing costs be added to these repayments.

We shall ensure that collection and delivery are carried out by GLS or a local partner company. We shall cover the costs for return of goods. You will only be liable for any loss-of-value concerning the goods` quality, if this depreciation in value has been proven to be due to your inappropriate handling with respect to the properties and functions of the goods in question.

The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-processed and for whose manufacture an individual selection or decision - coming from the consumer - is a key factor or which have been explicitly custom-tailored to the individual needs of the consumer.
